Seah Fong, graduated in 2015 with a LLB (Hon) from University of London with a Second Upper and subsequently obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2016. She then read in chambers with Messrs. Chooi, Saw & Lim and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2017.

Prior to joining this firm, Seah Fong was exposed to conveyancing, banking as well as banking litigation through her time at Messrs. SL Yeoh & Co and Messrs. Zarina Loh & Wong which then allowed her to gain extensive experience in various areas involving sale and purchase transaction (sub-sale, developer project), loan documentation (conventional loan, Islamic loan with various financial institutions and government loan), debt recovery proceeding, execution of judgment, post execution of judgment proceeding as well as estate distribution.

Seah Fong, who is a goal-getter, is currently the partner for Kuala Lumpur office in Mont’ Kiara and leads and oversees the conveyancing team as well as advising clients on debt recovery proceeding.
