Ng Kian Nam obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Malaya in year 2004. Prior to legal practice, he was a senior researcher of Institute of Strategic Analysis and Policy Research (INSAP) from year 2004-2006, and appointed as Press Secretary for Minister of Housing and Local Government from year 2006-2008. Thereafter he joined Messrs Gan & Zul and Messrs Tan, Chua & Lawrence in Kuala Lumpur before setting up this firm.

He is invited regularly by various printed and electronic medias as their interviewed guest or columnist writer to comment and share his legal views on various areas of practice. He is also a litigator of the High Court of Malaya actively attend to various types of litigation matters at different level of courts ranging from Magistrate , Sessions , High Court, Court of Appeal to Federal Court especially in the states of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan.
