Choo Wen Xuan graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Liverpool in 2018, and subsequently obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2022. Commencing her 9-month pupillage with Messrs Ng Kian Nam & Partners, she was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 3 February 2023.

During her pupillage, Wen Xuan had the opportunity to learn and gain invaluable experiences from her master, Mr. Ng Kian Nam in the field of civil litigation and conveyancing.

In the area of civil litigation, she has assisted in an array of contentious matters including Insurance Disputes, Matrimonial Disputes, Defamation and Land Disputes.

Additionally, in relation with conveyancing, Wen Xuan has been assigned to attend to various property transactions, in particular, property projects by developers (Master Titles & Individual Titles) including attending to the signing of sales and purchase agreements and loan documentation involving various financial institutions besides government loans. Given her expertise, our firm retained Wen Xuan as a Legal Assistant and Partner. Presently, she fully handles project files by developers as well as loan documentations.
