Ameera Irianey binti Jaffry was admitted to practice since 2018. Ameera’s main area of practice is real estate, banking and finance. Her experience in the legal practice involves advising individual and corporate clients on matters relating to the acquisition and disposal of properties from developers and secondary market sales, perfection of transfer and charge, tenancies, leasing of residential and commercial properties in Malaysia. Her practice also extended to advising and preparing property financing facility security documentation namely banking conventional loans, Islamic financing facilities, re-financing, discharge of charges, State and Federal Government financing facilities.

Ameera scope of works also include assisting in conducting due diligence on real properties and companies and advising local and foreign client on real estate matter. Ameera has experienced in handling matters relating to strata development and in particular strata management and the strata scheme.

In addition, Ameera has experienced in handling some litigation matters including debt recovery and joint petition divorce. She also has exposure in private wealth transactions namely drafting of will, probate, letter of administration and small estate distribution.
