Tan Kerk Huan holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of the West of England and successfully obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2023.

Thereafter, Kerk Huan completed her nine-month pupillage under the mentorship of Ms. Fong Shin Ni at Messrs Chew Kar Meng, Zahardin & Partners, and subsequently officially admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 4th October 2024.

With a strong focus in conveyancing, Kerk Huan accumulated the experience of property transactions such as Sale and Purchase Agreements for sub-sales and project developments. She also facilitated loan transactions by preparing loan agreements, conducting thorough reviews, and liaising with financial institutions to secure financing for her clients’ property purchases. In addition, understanding the importance of proper documentation, Kerk Huan also gained her experience in the perfection of transfers and charges, and redemption of mortgage for properties. This includes preparing and submitting the necessary documentation for registration with the relevant land authorities to ensure that the ownership rights of our clients are formally recognized.

In 2025, Kerk Huan joined our firm as Legal Assistant attending to various conveyancing matters including projects and subsale.
