Liow Shwu Wen, Ivy graduated from Multimedia University Melaka Campus with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree in 2020. Commencing her pupillage under the tutelage of Mr. Peter Pui Yin Chong of Messrs Peter Pui, Jing & Associates in August 2020, Ivy gained invaluable experience and was next admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 27 August 2021. Her outstanding skills led her to being retained by the same firm as a Legal Assistant where she was further exposed to a diverse range of conveyancing matters such as property sub-sales, loan and end-financing documentations.

Ivy is also deft at drafting and preparing various corporate agreements including but not limited to Sea Sand Agreements, Mining Rights Agreement, Investment Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Settlement Agreements, Products Supply Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Deed of Revocation, Memorandum of Understanding and others.

Moreover, Ivy also tackles a wide range of non-contentious civil litigation practices including but not limited to family matters, letter of administrative and probate, industrial matters, small estates matters and other related areas of practice.

In November 2023, she joined Messrs Ng Kian Nam & Partners as a Legal Assistant and now handles conveyancing matters including projects by developers.
